The 25-year-old went out to buy a loaf of bread and never came home. Two decades later, can police confirm a link to a very dangerous individual?
It was 1999, and Danielle Marie Zacot from Fort Lauderdale was a recent college graduate who had dreams of being an artist. She was working a part-time job at a jewellery store to pay the bills and feed her creative side, had a steady boyfriend and was close to her family.
So when she went out to run an errand one evening, her loved ones could scarcely have dreamt they would never see her again — or that more than 20 years later, they would still be left wondering if a casual acquaintance had something to do with her disappearance.
Could a new push for information in 2022 be enough to solve the mystery and get justice for Danielle?
