Haha! :-) I know what you mean - I find it so strange that someone could do something like that and then hide it forever. What kind of a person must that be?! I tried looking for something similar in other states in case they're still doing it and moving around, but a Google keyword search didn't really bring up anything. I hope they catch whoever it was after this refreshed publicity being in the news now!
