I can't believe more effort wasn't made to pick the killer up after he skipped town all those years ago. Justice could have been delivered to Susan's family much sooner! Also, I hope more care is taken these days over who is employed in maintenance roles - I've seen so many cases where offenders have been allowed to hide in plain sight doing these jobs.
