Oh, I think Delbert knows exactly what happened to her. I bet he found out she was planning to leave him and made sure she never could. How frustrating for her family - I can never understand why some authorities are able to construct perfectly good cases against suspects without much evidence, while others seemingly do nothing if they can't find a body. I hope one day Terri gets justice.
