It was the late 1990s, and Charlotte Fimiano was a career woman in a male-dominated world. The 40-year-old was a successful real estate agent in Pennsylvania and had become known for never turning down an opportunity to make a new sale.

But when she made an appointment to show a property one later summer’s day, she never could have known that it would be her last — or that her killer would still be getting away with what they did a quarter of a century later.

All these years later, can Charlotte’s family ever get the justice they deserve?

The day of the murder

Charlotte worked for a company called Weichert Realtors and had proved herself as one of its top agents during her nine years of service, achieving sales volumes in the top two per cent.

She routinely took on ‘spur of the moment’ requests for property showings to boost her likelihood of success, and September 11th 1997 was no different. Someone had called the office requesting a viewing of a $259,000 home in Lower Saucon Township, so Charlotte snapped up the chance to get another interested party to sign on…
