State police in Pennsylvania and the FBI have vowed to continue to seek leads in a cold case murder of a young woman dating back to 1996.

Kimberly ‘Kimmy’ Ann Yohe was 20 and worked as a customer service rep for an electronic data systems company in the spring of 1996.

She was described by her friends as an outgoing people person and enjoyed roller skating, playing pool and going out in her hometown of Etters, Pennsylvania. Home for the young woman was the Skyview Mobile Home Park, where she lived with her parents and siblings.

Last movements and a shocking discovery

Kimmy was last seen on May 8th 1996 at around 8:00 PM, but her family wasn’t overly concerned when she didn’t return right away. She often stayed with one of her large circle of friends and was independent enough not to live in her parents’ pockets.
